  •  Payment for all packages is made up front. 
  • (A meet & greet call can be arranged, before payment is required)
  • We will then schedule a 30-45 minute onboarding meeting for new clients. 
  • Then, when your clients are ready and willing to put an offer on paper, share the important details in our simplified format and tell us when you need it by. 
  • It will be properly prepared and ready for you to sign and deliver by the agreed time! 
  • We do not negotiate. We do not contact your clients.  We cannot guarantee your clients' offer will be accepted, but we can guarantee timely receipt of the prepared documents. We prepare any offers carefully and correctly, as advised (behind the scenes), so you can continue showing homes, meeting new clients and making more money!
  • You can be assured complete CONFIDENTIALITY!
